Lilliput, Dorset
A new five-bedroom waterfront home currently under construction in Lilliput, Dorset.
Nylo Projects was appointed at planning stage to provide dedicated project management throughout the build. The client wanted the consistency of an experienced project manager, with someone closely involved on site who understood the project in detail.
By joining early, Nylo Projects helped establish the right foundations for a successful 15-month build, with completion expected in Spring 2027.
Avon Castle
Ringwood, Hampshire
A significant refurbishment of a tired bungalow set within a private countryside plot in Avon Castle, Ringwood.
The project is transforming the property into a modern 4,600 sq ft home across two floors, with large glazing designed to make the most of its beautiful rural outlook.
Nylo Projects is supporting the modernisation of the home with improved insulation, heat pumps, solar panels and future-focused technology, helping create a more efficient, comfortable and considered home for long-term living.
